Our customer required permanent, unique identification marks on a series of bolts and fasteners for aerospace applications.
The system needed to automatically feed and serialise a wide variety of dimensions and designs of bolts and ensure that they were 100% marked on the top surface.
The solution features a bowl feed mechanism with variable settings for aligning and feeding different dimensions of fastener. The marking system is a standard Pryor InDot for precise, low stress, aerospace grade serialisation.
The control system is the latest generation of Pryor embedded controllers, with easy to use and configure operator interface.
